Private health insurance with full coverage in Spain
Proof of the company existence and at least 1 year of activity, plus your 3-month relationship with it
Residence/visa application under the Startup Law (Ley 28/2022)
Proof of remote work for non-Spanish companies — Employment or client contracts at least 3 months old; up to 20% of income may come from Spanish clients.
University degree or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Valid passport and recent passport-size photographs
Proof of income of at least 200% of the Spanish minimum wage (~€2,646/month)
Criminal record certificate (last 5 years), apostilled and translated
Social security coverage certificate or registration — Or a certificate of coverage where a bilateral treaty applies. (if applicable)
