Passport valid for the duration of your stay (visa-exempt nationality, or a valid Schengen/US/UK visa or residence permit for the 30-day exemption)
Return or onward travel ticket
Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or host address)
Proof of sufficient funds for the stay if requested at the border
Address registration with the local tourist organisation within 24 hours of arrival (hotels and registered hosts do this automatically)
Tourist tax payment (~EUR 1 per day, usually collected with accommodation)
Track your 90-days-in-180 allowance (30 days for Russian/Chinese citizens and for third-country visa-holder entries) — Montenegro days do NOT count toward Schengen
For minors travelling without both parents: notarised parental consent letter
