    CLB 7 for TEER 0–1 occupations; CLB 5 for TEER 2–3.

  • Biometrics (fingerprints and photo)

    CAD 85 fee; given after the biometric instruction letter.

  • Canadian employer reference letters (title, duties, hours, salary)

    Duties must match the claimed NOC/TEER code.

  • Canadian work experience evidence (T4 slips, Notices of Assessment, pay stubs)

    At least 12 months of skilled work in Canada within the last 3 years.

  • Digital photo meeting IRCC specifications
  • Police certificates from every country lived in 6+ months since age 18
  • Upfront immigration medical exam (IRCC panel physician)
  • Valid passport
